Starting stims

My head feels like it's going to explode.  The Lupron has been giving me intense headaches at least once a day, but other wise the meds have been pretty good to me so far.  Tonight I start my stim medicines.  I will start with Gonal-F.  It is FSH which is used to grow lots and lots of follicles.  I had my baseline ultrasound on Friday.  My lining was 4 mm and my E2 was 11.8.  I'm really not too sure what level they would actually like to see on baseline, I think it is just a starting point.  I know for sure they don't want a high E2 level, but mine is super low.  Either way I got the green light to start stims so here we go!
